Renewal procedure of scholarship 2011-12

Hi frnds renewal of the scholarship for the year academic year 2011-12 has been started, steps to smoothen ur applying process is given below

REQUIREMENTS:

• MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER
• PREVIOUS YEAR PASS CERTIFICATE
• DULY FILLED INCOME DECLARATION FORM 
• ALLOTMENT ORDER OF YOUR ENGG SEAT

DETAILS ABOUT INCOME DECLARATION FORM:

• Download the income declaration form from the website.
• Fill the details in that.
• Take a print out of that on 10rs non judicial stamp paper.
• This should be signed by both student and the parent.
• Scan that printout and upload that to your application form.

STEP 1:

• Logon to "www.epass.cgg.gov.in"
• Select renewal of scholarship 2011-12 option

• click on that 'click here' option

STEP 2:

• U will see the following web page

• Dont worry click on the forgot password if u dont knw ur user ID nd password
• Then u will see the following page

• Fill the following details nd click 'get e-mail details'
• The user ID nd password will be sent to ur account 

STEP 3:

• Now go back to the first page nd enter ur application no,ID,password 
• Ex:

• Then click next

STEP 4:

• Now u will see the details of u given in ur freash application
• EX:

STEP 5:

• Check whether all the details are correct or not.
• If any details are not correct select graphic option 'yes'

STEP 6:

• Now fill the empty blocks which are not alredy filled and edit the previous information if there is any updation
• EX:

STEP 7:

• Now upload ur required certificates.
• For that click browse and search for the scanned document 
• when the document found click select 
• The document will be uploaded  

STEP 8:

• Now enter the code seen in that image in the specified box
• Then click confirm details.
• If the details filled are with no error the application will be submitted 

STEP 9:

• Take the print outs of application nd acknowledgement.
• Submit one copy of print out of application signed by the student nd the parent 
• submit all the documents insisted by ur college.
